Conference logistics can be very complex, which is where professional conference staff come in. Benson’s have the knowledge and expertise to ensure your conference runs to perfection. From keynote addresses to breakout session, refreshment breaks and supplier exhibitions. We know your delegates are likely to be regularly moving around a venue in large numbers. Therefore, this requires careful management to ensure everyone is where they need to be, when they need to be there!
We have skilled conference staff who can run and facilitate small and large scale conferences. Working in various roles from meet and greet to front of house as well as catering and hospitality and overall venue and schedule management. We will also work with existing venue staff to establish excellent working relationships.
