Mercure Hotel Watford

About the Event

International hotel chain Mercure hosted a series of Masquerade themed Christmas parties at one of their hotels in Watford, London. With four Christmas party nights, throughout December 2019, they wanted entertainment to ‘wow’ their guests and get the Christmas party nights in full swing.

The Brief

Benson’s Agency were asked to put together a group of professional dancers that could perform two different dance styles across two separate function suites, over four nights. The dances must be theatrical, fun and exciting as well as energetic and up-beat.

Our Solution

We worked with the hotel’s events coordinator to plan a series of dance performances to work around their event schedule. We chose to include Showgirl and CanCan routines for a high-impact, high-energy show. The dancers were selected through our database of professional dancers and invited to a rehearsal so that all the dancers could learn the choreograph. Each event required 4 dancers which were rotated depending on availability.

The Result

The client was very happy with the quality of entertainment that we provided. “It has been an absolute pleasure. You’ve all been so amazing, professional and lovely. We will definitely be looking at working with you again next year.”
