About the Event

High-end fashion retailer PINKO opened their new flagship store on Regent Street in London. Guests included the who’s who of the trendy-London fashion scene including fashion bloggers, influencers, VIP fans and socialites. Guests enjoyed either a glass of Prosecco or soft elderflower fizz and delicious canapés created by the famous London Basque Company.

The Brief

To provide a team of 8 professional and well-presented event hostesses and hosts to welcome VIP guests, serve drinks and canapés and assist the catering team, including head chef Monica Gil Ruiz, from London Basque Kitchen.

Our Solution

Benson’s had just 48 hours to pull a team together for this event. We used our wide network of event professionals to produce a shortlist, based on the client brief and staff availability. The client was then able to select a team that they felt best represented their brand.
