Benson’s returned to State of the Art (SOA) Conference 2017 for the second year running. Placing and managing a number of event staff in essential roles to ensure the smooth running of the annual event.
Our meet and greet staff were at the forefront of the event, which welcomes health professional working in critical care across the UK and internationally. They were on-hand throughout the SOA Conference to assist delegates where possible including luggage storage, event registration, schedule guidance and communication of event details.
Benson’s staff were also placed in strategic locations across the venue to act as human signage and help delegates find where they needed to go. Staff were easily identifiable wearing conference branded uniform. Benson’s also provided a first-class personal service for event VIPs.
The 3-day major scientific conference is the largest event in intensive care in the UK. It was held from 4-6 December at the Arena and Conference Centre (ACC) Liverpool. The Intensive Care Society has over 3,200 professional members and the conference attracts delegates who are leaders in the field of intensive care both in the UK and internationally.
The December conference brought to a close another fantastic year for Benson’s who have continued to grow from strength to strength. Hayley Selway said “We have had a fantastic year working with existing clients, returning to some fantastic events, including SOA 2017, starting new ventures and meeting new people across the UK and beyond. We are looking forward to a busy 2018!”
