SOA 2017

About the Event

The largest event in intensive care in the UK. The 3-day conference welcomes hundreds of  delegates who are leaders in the field of intensive care both in the UK and internationally.

The Brief

To provide professional and experienced conference staff, with excellent customer service skills, to support delegates throughout the conference. The conference staff will need to have a good understanding of the venue and the programme so they can advise delegates accordingly.

Our Solution

We selected six of our most experienced conference staff who all have an excellent reputation for their customer service. The staff were briefed and trained so they could relay vital information to conference delegates. They also operated a variety of essential function including luggage storage and event registration.

The team were responsible for identifying and welcoming VIP guests, escorting them to where they needed to go and making sure they received an exceptional VIP experience.

The Result

The event was a huge success and we received positive feedback from the client. This was the second year on the run that we have supported the SOA Conference by providing Conference Staff.
